6 Week
Strength Program
Focusing on developing the technique proficiency of our Foundational Strength Movements whilst building training intensities week on week!
4 Day
Lifting Protocol
Rest and recovery are an integral part of strength development and our 4 day/week training protocol ensures your lifting is prioritised without hammering you with unnecessary volume and an inability to properly recover between sessions!
Extensive
Tutorial Library
These aren’t your average, boring AF demo videos which don’t teach you shit! Every exercise tutorial video carries with it an incredibly educational and entertaining movement breakdown ensuring you remain engaged through the whole process and actually remember the shit you’re being taught!

RPE
Rate of Perceived Exertion is a subjective measure of an exercises’ difficulty and a powerful tool you will be taught to utilise as you develop the skills of complete self sufficiency!
